Ready Made Companies

A Ready Made Company, also known as a Vintage Company or Shelf Company is incorporated as a dormant, non-trading company. These companies are extremely popular with clients who wish to obtain older companies.

All shelf companies displayed are current and available. We usually add additional companies to our extremely competitive list by the 7th of each month. 

The Ready Made Companies we have available are ready to trade as soon as they are changed into the new owner’s name. Once ordered, you will be required to complete an online application form with the new company details:- director, shareholder, etc. As we have a fully automated system, the transfer of the company is usually complete the same day the details are entered. Once completed, an up-to-date company register and Certificate of Incorporation are emailed to you. 

All of our Ready Made Companies include a free Confirmation Statement that updates the shareholder(s) and SIC code(s) with the company registrar, which will also change the company from dormant to a trading company.

We also have UK VAT Registered Shelf Companies available, these companies state ‘VAT Registered’ next to their company name on our website. These Companies are extremely popular, and they often sell fast.
